Intro to CTE
COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course is a foundational class in Career and Technical Education that introduces students to different career paths, workplace skills, and hands-on learning. It helps students explore future careers, provides a broad knowledge base for a specific industry, and prepares them for further, more specialized CTE courses or post-secondary education.
Intro to Electrical
COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course provides students with foundational electrical skills for careers in installation, maintenance, and repair of residential, commercial, and industrial systems. The curriculum typically covers electrical theory, safety, tool usage, and hands-on skills like wiring, circuit troubleshooting, and blueprint reading, balanced with classroom instruction and career development activities.
Intro to HVAC
COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course introduces students to the fundamentals of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) systems through a combination of theory and hands-on practice. The curriculum typically covers basic refrigeration principles, electrical concepts, piping and tubing skills, safety procedures, and the installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems.
Intro to Plumbing

Key topics include reading blueprints, basic math calculations for plumbing, and hands-on skills for working with different pipe materials such as copper, PVC, and cast iron.
